Nutrigold Sunflower Lecithin Powder is a soya-free lecithin powder from sunflowers and is rich in phosphatidyl choline. Sunflower Lecithin powder can be blended into food, juices or smoothies.

Use: 1-2 teaspoons (approx. 5-10g) twice daily or as directed by a practitioner. Mix powder into fresh juice, smoothie or food. This is a natural product so appearance, smell and taste may vary between batches.

Owing to its lipid properties sunflower lecithin doesn’t dissolve well in colder liquids which can be tricky for some individuals to tolerate. Here are some tips to help further

• Put into warm water first to help improve its solubility, you can then add your liquid of choice.
• Put into a blender and make into a smoothie which can help an even dispersion.
• Sprinkle into warmer foods such as porridge.
• Try crushing the granules further in a coffee grinder or blender etc.
