Nutrigold CoEnzyme Q10 (CoQ10) CoQ10 is produced at a cellular level in the human body and can be found in the mitochondria inside every cell.  When CoQ10 first hit the market, we described it as an ‘energy spark plug’ – a phrase that captured the vital role it plays in the body. The liver, heart, kidneys and lungs are organs that require a lot of energy, as well as skeletal muscles and they contain the highest concentration of CoEnzyme Q10. As we get older our production of CoEnzyme Q10 slows down.

What is CoQ10 good for?

Research has shown that CoQ10 plays several key roles in your body. One of its primary functions is to help generate energy in your cells. It’s involved in making adenosine triphosphate (ATP), which is involved in energy transfer within cells.  Ubiquinol is a fully reduced and bioactive form of CoEnzyme Q10.

Use: 1-2 capsules daily after food or as directed by a practitioner.
