Delivery Terms

UK Delivery

Order before 2 pm Monday-Friday for same-day dispatch. After 2 pm your order may leave the next working day. For special and signed for services please check below the specific cut-off times.

Free UK Delivery

Free UK Delivery is applied to all UK orders with a £25 minimum spend. Royal Mail aims to deliver 93% of Royal Mail 24 Mail within 1-3 working days, however, orders can take up to 14 working days to deliver.

DPDLocal Next Working Day

DPDLocal aim to deliver the next working day when ordered before 2 pm. Orders over £150 will be sent automatically with DPDLocal Next Working Day within specific postcodes within the UK for free.

Delivery times with DPDLocal are between 7 am-9 pm Monday to Friday. A signature will be required. If you are out during delivery a calling card will be left and re-delivery will be attempted the next working day. You will receive an email or SMS text message from DPDLocal the morning of delivery with your 1-hour delivery window, you will also be given the option to see exactly how long until the driver is at your door via Live track and trace.

If selecting DPDLocal Next Working Day and you are located within Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight or any other offshore, highlands or specific postcodes defined by DPD this will become a 2 working day service.

DPDLocal Saturday & Sunday

With all the same great features as DPDLocal Next Working Day, for an extra charge you can use our DPDLocal Weekend Services, for delivery on either a Saturday or Sunday. Deliveries are made between 7am-9pm, you will receive an email on the morning of delivery with your 1 hour delivery window. Orders must be received before 2pm on a Friday to qualify for this service. If placed after this time, your order will be dispatched on a Next Working Day Service on the next available working day.

Royal Mail Special Delivery (Including Saturday)

Royal Mail guarantees to deliver the Next Working day if ordered before 2 pm (Mon-Fri). A signature will be required.  If you are out during delivery a calling card will be left and you can re-arrange delivery online.

We deliver by 5.30 pm the next working day in the following postcode areas:
AB30 – 39, 41 – 45, 51 – 56, GY9 Alderney (Channel Islands), HS1, 3 – 9, IV21 – 28, 40 – 49, 51 – 56, KA27, 28, KW1 – 3, 5 – 15, KW16 Stromness Town only, PA20 (0&9), PA28 – 38, 41 – 49, 76, 77, PH15, 17 – 26, 31 – 40, 49, 50, ZE1

We deliver within two working days by 5.30 pm to the following postcodes areas:
GY1 Herm (Channel Islands), GY9 Sark (Channel Islands), GY10, HS2, PA60 – 75, 78, ZE2, 3

We deliver within three working days by 5.30 pm to the following postcode areas:
KW16 – non Town, KW1, PH30, 41 – 44


International Delivery (Europe & Rest Of World)

All international delivery times are estimated and may be further delayed due to customs clearance and you may be liable for import taxes and duties. 

Royal Mail International Services

Europe:

Royal Mail aims to deliver within Europe within 3-14 working days.

Rest of World:

Royal Mail aims to deliver to the rest of the world within 7-28 working days.

DPD International Services

DPD aim to deliver anything between 2-9 working days, depending on the country of delivery. 


VAT & Duty

VAT Exempt:

If you order products from us to be delivered to an address outside of England, Wales, or Scotland (or specific postcodes), your supplement price will be excluding VAT which in the UK is 20%.

VAT will be applied by your country's customs authorities prior to delivery, please connect with them to determine your liability. VAT will be removed from the cost of purchase on the completion of your order.

Customs Duty:

If duty is to be charged by your counties customs authority, they will advise you prior to delivery. Typically this is notified to you via the courier service systems and is meant to be applied when the value of the goods ordered exceeds £135 / €150.

Collections:

If you wish to collect your order from us, or arrange your own courier to collect from us please get in touch with our sales team on: 0800 233 5675 who will be happy to help further.  We are able to accept collections between 9am-3pm Monday to Friday. 

No Services Available:
