Long handled wooden brush with natural bristles that can be used for dry brushing skin across the body.
Use: Body brush for 2-3 minutes daily before a shower or bath (i.e. on dry skin). Start by brushing soles of the feet and continue up the back then front of each leg in gentle sweeping motions. Brush in a clockwise motion around the abdomen and sweeping upwards motion across the back. Place arms above the head and sweep brush down the front and back towards the torso. All brushing should be towards the heart and done gently to not mark the skin.
Cautions: Keep out of reach of children. Do not brush across sensitive, cut or broken skin.
