Choline and Inositol are often classed as water-soluble B vitamins. The body can naturally produce a little choline and inositol; dietary sources of choline include egg yolks, legumes, peanuts and organ meats. Inositol is found in fruits, beans, grains and nuts.

Choline and Inositol are a major component of cell membranes. Choline is also a precursor to acetylcholine (a neurotransmitter) important for memory pathways in the brain and contributes to:

• Normal homocysteine metabolism.
• Normal lipid metabolism.
• Normal liver function.

Nutrigold’s Choline and Inositol capsule formulation contains 250mg choline bitartrate (a gentle and bioavailable form of choline) and 250mg inositol in a hypoallergenic form suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Use: 1-4 capsules daily after food or as directed by a practitioner.
