Female Preconception and Pregnancy Support Pack

Supplements in this pack include:

1. Pregnancy Support Formula (NC150) – Nutrigold Pregnancy Support Formula is ideal to take throughout the pre-conception stages and pregnancy and for post-natal support, and is one of very few vegan pregnancy formulas on the market. Nutrigold improved Pregnancy Support Formula now contains 400mcg of folic acid (active folate in the form of 5-MTHF) and 25mcg of Vitamin D3 (in a vegan form), along with other carefully selected vitamins and minerals.  Nutrigold Pregnancy Support Formula contains nutrients that will support:

3. Marine Fish Oil (NC072) - a 2 capsule serving of these small soft gel capsules contain 430mg Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) and 290mg Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA). The Department of Health and NHS recommend that all women should take a daily supplement of 400μg of folic acid while they're trying to get pregnant and during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy, when the baby's spine is developing. Low maternal folate status is a risk factor in the development of neural tube defects, such as Spina Bifida, in the developing foetus. 

Eating a healthy, varied diet rich in colourful plants that deliver phytonutrients, vitamins, minerals and fibre from fruits and vegetables is important. Dark green leafy vegetables supply the important folate but we often do not get enough in our diet and therefore is recommended that a supplement is taken to help.

Use: Recommended daily intake (full information in the guide supplied free with the kit): 2 capsules Pregnancy Support Formula after food, 2 capsules Marine Fish Oil with food, 1-2 capsules Pro-otic with food away from hot drinks.

Storage: Store in a cool dry place.

Cautions: Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the daily recommended intake. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use if lid seal is broken. Long term intake of greater than 10mg vitamin B6 daily may lead to mild tingling and numbness.
